Andriod devices for both players ( 1gb ram and above recommended )

PPSSPP emulator (apk)

Hotspot and wifi
Pes 2016 (iso files)

download ppsspp and pes 2016 iso file above on requirements list, click it to download

setup ppsspp networking settings as bellow

click settings
click networking
set as showed on pics above
change pro adhoc server ip address to 192.168.43.1
tick the two box☑

click back, locate your pes 2016 .

minimize and set up hotspot on one device and wifi and connect both device, it doesnt requir data.

open your ppsspp and launch your pes 2016, click exhibition or uefa then select adhoc on both devices .

on one device select create room and the other device, select join room, set everything and play, click next match, set it on top player on mode, so your players will be strong.

A judge in Brazil on Wednesday slapped an $11.6 million fine on the local Facebook branch over the company’s refusal to surrender data from its WhatsApp messenger program to a police investigation. The order came from a judge in the northern state of Amazonas, saying Facebook was failing to meet its legal obligations. Facebook Brasil has “shown tremendous disregard for Brazilian institutions,” prosecutors added. WhatsApp has been owned by social media giant Facebook since February 2015. The long-running dispute pits Brazilian authorities’ insistence that they need access to communications between criminal suspects against Facebook’s argument that it is protecting privacy and freedom of communication.
